To request a prescription order or refill from VitalityRx, simply call us at: (855) 777-8299. One of our patient care specialists will guide you through the process during office hours, which are from 9.00 am -5.00 p.m. EST on weekdays.
Please have your health plan ID number, medication name, and other pertinent information readily available.
If you need assistance outside our regular hours, kindly leave a message that includes your medication name, full name, address, date of birth, and a contact number where you can be reached during the day. A patient care specialist will get back to you at the earliest opportunity.
